Package 1. Let Us Move You
Skip the pizza and beer weekend move! The Nautical Luxury Suites at Summerside will cover your moving expenses (up to a maximum equivalent of one month’s rent). You still need to do the packing, but our movers will handle the rest! We will contract a qualified moving company to schedule your moving day – they will load your belongings from your old space and unload at your new apartment.
Package 2. Let Us Decorate Your New Home
Out with the old, in with the new! Whether it be new furniture, a new natural gas BBQ for your patio, or new art for your walls, the Nautical Luxury Suites at Summerside will give you a gift card to a store of your choice, or a Visa gift card to go shopping at multiple stores! The value of the gift card will be equal to one month’s rent.
Package 3. Free Rent!
Got your move and shopping covered? No problem! The Nautical Luxury Suites at Summerside will give you a month free! You can use it on a full free month rent, or pro-rate it over the Lease term; your choice.

- Summerside Beach Membership — each tenant will receive a one-year membership to the Summerside Beach Club. The Nautical Luxury Suites at Summerside the only apartment complex in Edmonton with exclusive access to the Beach!
- Urgency Incentive — submit your application on the same day as your first visit and receive an additional $100 off your first month’s rent or $50 if submitted the next day.
- Referral Incentive — did one of our current tenants tell you about our apartments? If a current tenant in good standing has referred you to our apartment, let us know! Both the current tenant and the new tenant will receive $250 off one month’s rent or a $250 cheque if you move in!
- TELUS TV and Internet Promotion — new tenants may receive a year of free TELUS TV and Internet Service, or a 25% discount for one year.
- 5% Discount — for seniors 60+, military, and first responders.
